Cancellation Policy

Classes – We require 5 days cancellation on all glass classes for a full refund.  Most of classes sell out so we may have customers on a wait list.  You may also apply funds to reschedule your glass class for a future date.  Failure to show for your glass class will result in the loss of 50% of cost of the class.  If you have not rescheduled your class within a 30 days from the original cancellation time frame you will receive 50% toward another class or toward paint your own pottery.  No refunds after 90 days of the cancelled class.

*There is a minimum registration of 5 attendees per session. We will contact you before registration is over to make rescheduling or refund arrangements if your session is cancelled.

 

Sip–n–Paint We require 5 days cancellation on all Sip-n-paint sessions for a full refund.  You will be able to reschedule your class if notified in that time frame.  Failure to show for your reservation will result in the loss of 50% of the cost of the session.  If you have not rescheduled your class within a 30 days from the original cancellation time frame you will receive 50% toward another class or toward paint your own pottery.  No refunds after 90 days of the cancelled class.

Birthday Parties – Cancellation is required 7 days in advance.   We will apply your room rent fee to the new date.  Failure to cancel your party within that time frame will result in the loss of your fee.

 

Camps – If you must cancel please notify us 30 days prior to the start date of camp for a full Refund.  After 30 days the full cost may be applied to a different camp or you may request a refund based on notification.  3 weeks prior you would get 80% back, 2 weeks out 70% and 1 week 50%.  *Reminder -you may at any time apply your camp to a future camp.
